Was talking to a guy at the convenience store today. He asked if I would be interested in renting his dad's ground next year. I said well yes. Well it turns out it is me and another young farmer. I am 21 he is 38 well any advice on how to get it to swing my way.. be it higher rent multi year what? This would be my first rented ground. The rest I farm for my family and would really like to farm another 300 acres
