Does anyone have experience in feeding whole or ground grain corn to 500 lb beef steers under a hot wire. If so please tell me of your experience, how long have you been doing it, what percentage of waste do you think you have, do you get lots of rain and or snow.

We live in SW Idaho where we get little or no snow or rain in the fall and winter in the valleys and hopefully lots of snow in the mountains so our reservoirs fill as we have to irrigate every thing.
