Subject:  *Now onto Thanksgiving...LOL

I got the dreaded phone call last Thurs. night.  It was my mom calling to INFORM me that her and my dad, my sister, BIL, niece, nephew and Grandma are all coming up to my place for Thanksgiving.  Ummmm, thanks mom.  That sounds terrible but our house is not very big to be hosting that many people for a dinner.  It's crowded with just us and my mom and dad when they visit.  LOL  Anyways, they are staying in a hotel about 45 mins away because Grandma can't manage the steps to the upstairs where the bathroom is and the extra bedroom.

Of course when I told hubby this was all going on he right away called his parents and invited them up and his side of the family as well.  I understand the invite but he's the one who made the comment about the short amount of space so lets add to the problem.  Oh well, we'll make it through.

My biggest hinderance right now is that deer hunting starts on Fri the 6th and I'll have a house full of hunters for the next 3 weekends plus trying to fill my doe tags and trying to get ready for Thanksgiving now.   I also round out last night that my sister was just diagnoised with Diabetes so now I have to look for good healthy recipes for the traditional Thanksgiving dinner that are Diabetes friendly.

What's everyone else planning for Thanksgiving.
