A couple ladies approached the Sportsman's Club about sponsoring a Variety Show, American Idol type show in January to break up the winter. We were planning a 3 night event. Once a week for 3 weeks. The first night would be tryouts, then semi finals and finals. I agreed to help plan it, but being this is the first time, we are the blind leading the blind here. Anybody have any experience in planning such an event or have any advice??
